AccredX 2026 Tentative Agenda

The 2026 agenda is packed with expert-led workshops,  presentations,  panels and roundtable discussions, all focused on accreditation and program management best practices in surgical technology and surgical assisting education. See the tentative agenda below to plan your travel arrangements:

  • Accreditation Fundamentals for Educators (AFE) Workshop, Wednesday, Nov. 4 from 1-5 p.m. CT and Thursday, Nov. 5 from 7 a.m. - 12 noon CT (includes breakfast)

  • Pre-conference workshops - Program Director, Clinical Coordinator or Site Evaluator sessions, Thursday, Nov. 5 from 1- 4 p.m. CT

  • Learning Labs, Thursday, Nov. 5 from 4:15-5:30 p.m. CT

  • Exhibit Hall Opening, Thursday, Nov. 5 from 5:30 -7 p.m. CT

  • AccredX Sessions, Friday, Nov. 6, 8 a.m.-5 p.m. CT (includes breakfast, lunch, and dinner below) 

  • Lone Star Celebration Dinner, Friday, Nov. 6, 6:30 - 9:30 p.m. CT

  • AccredX Sessions continue, Nov. 7,  8 a.m. - 12 noon CT. (includes breakfast)
