Stronger Together: Enhancing Clinical Success Through Support and Remediation
Clinical rotations can be incredibly demanding for surgical technology and surgical assisting students, both technically and socially. The high-pressure environment often reveals challenges that weren’t apparent in the classroom, whether it’s difficulty mastering technical skills or struggling to adapt to the fast-paced, team-based atmosphere. It’s important to remember that success in the OR is not achieved alone.
