AccredX 2025 Cancellation Policy

TRANSFER REGISTRATION You may transfer your registration to another person without penalty. Changes may be made by contacting info@edaccred.org.

The deadline to transfer registration is October 3, 2025, at 4:00 p.m. Mountain Time.

CANCELLATION/ REFUNDS All registration cancellations and refund requests must be made in writing and received no later than October 3, 2025. A refund of fees less a 20% administrative fee will be given for cancellations received by that date. No refunds will be given after October 3, 2025.

If you fail to cancel, registration fees will not be refunded. If you register for AccredX but do not attend and do not cancel prior to the cancellation deadline, you are still liable for the registration fees.
