Janice Grewatz, CSFA, CSPT, CST, FAST
Janice Grewatz is the Program Director and Associate Professor at Parkland Community College in Champaign, IL. Grewatz earned both her Bachelor of Science and Master of Science in Education degrees in Workforce Education and Development from Southern Illinois University with a concentration in curriculum and instruction, online learning, and learning systems design and technology. Grewatz has been a Certified Surgical Technologist for 30 years, is a Certified First Assistant, as well as certified in Sterile Processing. Additionally, she served on the revision panel for the 7th edition of the Core Curriculum in Surgical Technology, has actively participated in the profession through state assembly leadership, as a member of the ARC/STSA Board of Directors and as President, as a site visitor for the ARC/STSA, and has received the Fellow of the Association of Surgical Technologists award.
