Jennifer Parrott is the Quality Improvement Manager, Sterile Processing Manager, and Clinical Educator for the Knoxville Orthopaedic Surgery Center. She has more than18 years’ of nursing experience with 14 of those being within the surgical setting. Jennifer specializes in quality improvement measures, along with several other areas, and is responsible for educating those around her. She has served in several capacities for her local AORN East Tennessee Chapter while currently holding the title of Chapter President. Additionally, she works alongside her local community colleges by serving on their Program Advisory Committees. Jennifer is a mother to 2 boys (Alex and Logan) and 1 dog (Cody). In her free time, she enjoys reading murder mystery novels, working on puzzles, gardening, and hiking as well as working with different charity and non-profit organizations.
