Jodi Licalzi, BA

Jodi Licalzi serves as the Chief Executive Officer of the Association of Surgical Technologists (AST), a national nonprofit organization representing and supporting over 60,000 surgical technologists and surgical assistants across the United States. With more than 14 years of dedicated service to AST, Jodi has held several key communications roles, including Director of Communications and editor of The Surgical Technologist.

Before stepping into her leadership role, Jodi spent years refining her expertise across a wide range of communications positions, consistently crafting persuasive and impactful marketing campaigns that drove engagement and results. Her rich foundation of experience laid the groundwork for her transition into executive leadership, where she now leverages her strategic insight and creative vision to guide organizational growth and innovation.
