Kristina Vines, MS CTE, CST, AAS

Kristina Vines has been a CST since 1993, and in that time has earned her master’s degrees focusing on online education. Currently employed as an educator and Program Director at Gateway Technical College, Kenosha, WI. Kristina got into the teaching profession once finding an enjoyment of working with students in the OR. When the opportunity presented itself to teach, she knew it was the fit having her two passions in life come together. Kristina worked for 12 years in the surgical field as a CST from 1993-2005, entering education as an adjunct faculty member in 2004, and then accepting a full time position a year later in 2005 to present. She has held the Program Directors position since 2006. Kristina is a proud participant in the Surgical Technology Education for the 21st Century Summit in 2018.
