Shauna Harper, CST, brings over 26 years of surgical technology experience and 16 years as an educator to her role as instructor and Clinical Coordinator for the Surgical Technology and Sterile Processing programs at Lorain County Community College. A proud graduate of LCCC’s Surgical Technology program and holder of a Bachelor of Applied Science from Youngstown State University through LCCC’s University Partnership, Shauna combines firsthand student insight with deep professional expertise. Passionate about surgical excellence and student success, Shauna fosters critical thinking, clear communication, and a patient-centered approach—shaping the next generation of surgical technologists with dedication and vision.
