Join fellow program directors for this 3-hour workshop as we discuss how to confidently and effectively manage your program from both an operational and compliance perspective.
Gain a greater understanding of the multifaceted approach needed to balance the responsibilities of a Program Director. This workshop will focus on leadership skills, organization, budgeting, admissions/marketing, curriculum requirements, advocating for resources, and program assessment. You’ll also learn how to develop an effective Program Advisory Committee (PAC), and draft disclosure requirements in Standard V, plus more.

This is not a required workshop for new Program Directors. Our Accreditation Fundamentals for Educators (AFE) Workshop is required for all new Program Directors. Please see separate AFE registration details on the AccredX Registration page.
