Join fellow program directors for this 3-hour workshop as we discuss how to confidently and effectively manage your program from both an operational and compliance perspective. Gain a greater understanding of the multifaceted approach needed to balance the responsibilities of a Program Director. This workshop will focus on leadership skills, organization, advocating and allocating resources, admissions/marketing, and curriculum requirements. Additionally, take part in a hands-on exercise using the Outcomes Tracking Tool and Annual Report to effectively track program trends.
With program management at the center of the discussion, participants will work through practical examples and different real-world scenarios. The session will address the question, “What do I do when?” and provide useful resources, including organizational tools to help simplify program management and keep key responsibilities on track. This session provides an excellent opportunity to build professional connections while gaining strategies for more effective program management
